Origins: Commissioned by the landlady, to celebrate the Pub's past and present cats, Tom, 17, and Georgie, who died aged 13, 5 years previous. This is Tom who lived to a grand age of 19.
Sculpted by York artist Jonathan Newdick and placed in the pub’s first floor windows.
